REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
- An invoice will be emailed to the contact person within 3 working days after registration.
- Registrant will be notified via e-mail once registration payment has been received.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by the date stated in the invoice

CHEQUE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and nett price.
- Payment must be made payable to Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association via cheque payment only.
- Please ensure that the conference name; FIPA2019 and the Name of Organisation are stated at the back of the cheque.
- A scanned copy of the cheque should also be sent to: contact@fipa.com.sg

Registration and/or cheque payment should be made by the date stated in the invoice to confirm participation.

Terms & Conditions
1) Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be received in writing at contact@fipa.com.sg with the subject line “CANCELLATION”.
- Registration payment(s) are non-refundable.

2) Replacement
Any replacement requests of participant(s) must be submitted to the Organiser in writing to contact@fipa.com.sg with the subject line “REPLACEMENT REQUEST".

3) By providing your information above, you hereby agree that the organiser may collect, use, disclose and store your data for the following purposes:
- Facilitate the management and logistics of the event. 
- Legal purposes where necessary, including investigation or proceeding.
- The Event Organiser may contact you via email or mobile for any notifications related to the Food Innovation Product Awards.
- The available information are in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act – 2012 (PDPA).

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel your registration at any time. 

4) Photography & Videography
Professional photography and videography will take place during the event. 
By partaking in the event, you are consenting for the Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association (SFMA) and its partners to use the images for any form of publicity usage such as website, media and publication purposes.
