1) By providing your information above, you hereby agree that the Organiser and its agencies, affiliates, and any other parties directly involved in organising nanoMan2024, may collect, use, disclose and store your data for the following purposes:
- Facilitate the management and logistics of the event.
- Legal purposes where necessary, including investigation or proceeding.
- The appointed event organiser or nanoMan committee may contact you via email or mobile for any notifications related to the nanoMan2024 event.
- The available information are in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act – 2012 (PDPA).

2) Registration Fees:
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Goods and Service Tax (GST) will be added in the final total before payment
- Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fees
- Online payment is made to Spark Planners Pte Ltd through Stripe for credit card payment or via Bank Transfer

- For Bank Transfer, please ensure that the conference name, "nanoMan2024" and the "name of the participant" are stated in the bank transfer
- For Bank Transfer, all bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in additional to the registration fees
- For Bank Transfer, a complete remittance advice of the transfer should be sent to the Secretariat at secretariat@nanoman2024.com

3) Authors need to complete their conference registration and pay full fees by 15 October 2024
- Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the proceedings, conference programme, and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.

Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations must be received in writing at secretariat@nanoman2024.com with the subject line “CANCELLATION” by 1 November for 20% of registration fee less an administration fee of SGD80.
There will be no refunds after 1 November 2024, nor will there be for no-shows.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel your registration at any time.

Professional photography and videography will take place during the event.
By taking part in the event, you are consenting for nanoMan2024 Organising Committee and its partners to use the images and videos for any form of publicity usage such as website, media and publication purposes.
