1) By providing your information above, you hereby agree that the Organiser may collect, use, disclose and store your data for the following purposes:
- Facilitate the management and logistics of the event. 
- Legal purposes where necessary, including investigation or proceeding.
- The appointed event organiser or Singapore International Chemical Conference (SICC) may contact you via email or mobile for any notifications related to the SICC-11 event.
- The available information are in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act – 2012 (PDPA).

2) Registration Fees:
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and will be subjected to a 7% GST.
- Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fees.
- Online payment is made to Spark Planners Pte Ltd through Stripe for credit card payment or via Bank Transfer to SWS bank account.

- For Bank Transfer, all bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in additional to the registration fees
- For Bank Transfer, a complete remittance advice of the transfer should be sent to the registration secretariat, Sylvia Chan at SICC11_secretariat@events-sp.com.

3) Authors need to complete their conference registration and pay full fees by 1 October 2022.
- Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the proceedings, conference programme and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.

Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations must be received in writing an EMAIL with the subject line “CANCELLATION” by 1 October 2022 for 100% of registration fee less an administration fee of SGD50.
Refunds will not be granted after 1 October 2022 nor will they be given for no-shows.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel your registration at any time.
